Interview vs Courier

My girlfriend decided she'll go to the consulate in Bucharest for an interview to apply for the TRV instead of sending her application via courier.

Just wanted to be certain: they'll give her an answer on the same day, right? If not, she'll do send it by mail.

it'll depend how fast they process the paper work in bucharest,but canadian embassies do give you an answer same day.e.g my mother in guatemala just this past week went in to apply and she got an interview and visa the same day.good luck!
