Test November 2011. Called CIC to find out and they said that next step is to see the judge. I have not received any letter to see the judge. Thats why i was asking how long after the test you got the call to see the judge and what happens when you see the judge.

if someone fails a citizenship test, results can declared in 1 week and give option for the applicant to retake the test after one month two months or three months.
whenever the applicant is ready.

I can not understand who and how they decided a failed applicant have wait anywhere from 3months to 1 years to appear for interview with judge.

First of all it delays the citizenship process by 1 year.
Second applicant not even retaking the test.

i have no clue why Ministry is making the process so complicated and hard on immigrant.
i have simple suggestion and anyone can give this suggestion, i doubt if they really listen to immigrant.

if someone fails, reschedule the test in a month and get it over it.
if there is no space no one to take proctor a test out source it to prometric.

i want to see a day when anyone can walk to a library and retake test and library staff can proctor.
