Hi all,
So we finally received our request for an interview for about ten weeks from now, and there is a list of documents to bring at the bottom of the letter. It lists basically every document that went into the original package! Security checks, medical exam, proof of our relationship, schedule A, proof of my legal status as the sponsor, proof of my financial status, eeeeeeeverything! All documents have to be originals, but for things like the security check and the medical, they already HAVE the originals. It says to do the medical again if it's past 15 months (which it is) but according to our GCMS notes, our medicals have been extended to October. What do we do? Doing all the paperwork over again is expensive, and some of it might not get to us in time. Has anyone else who's been asked to interview had to do all this over again? What kind of documents were requested?
And on top of that, the email says not to contact them between now and the interview. But we have to tell them things, like the fact that we got married the day before they sent interview request, that we want to remove our ridiculous consultant from having access to our file, important things like that. We've sent them a note, but they have a response time of 28 days, which would be cutting it a little too close to get stuff together for early September.
Anyone have any advice or experience? I refuse to ask my crap consultant anything further!
