Interview in New Delhi Office

Hello Everyone,
I have a family sponsorship case to Canada. I got an email asking me to attend for an interview in New Delhi. if anyone else has passed this process, help your brother out. How is it being carried out? and most importantly, if the interview goes fine, am i gonna get the visa there or some other time or place?
i applied from Afghanistan and mostly people get their canadian visa from Islamabad. it will be a great waste of time and cash if i do the interview in Delhi and get the visa from Islamabad.

you will be notified if u pass the interview, u will not recieve ppr in india-as they will start ur criminal and secuirty check after the interview. if ur medical expired they will request new one. once thats complete u will recieve por that you hve to get from pakistan not delhi.. average wait depends on secuirty check could be anywhere from 3months -1yr
