Hello Seniors,

Below is the email I received today from LVO, they have scheduled me for an interview early next year.

My concern is that, all the documents listed below was submitted with my application to CIO- Canada and was approved within 21 days. Why are they asking me to bring same documents again?.Schedule 1 Background/Declaration forms and IMM 5406 Family Information form including Certificates and employment Reference letters were all submitted with application to CIO.

What do they mean by Labour Cards?

Again I was given another/new File number different from the one issued by CIO.

I will appreciate clarification and the reason for interview including what I should expect at the interview.

Many thanks.

G.

Hi Grant,

Forms: No questions asked. Do as requested. Some details in these forms (esp the Validation) have changed and thus it is requested from most applicants.

Interview: It seems they have requested for the entire package, so you may be questioned about anything thats on your application. Please memorize all your job duties mentioned in your application. If you need to know what exactly the VO is looking for during the interview then you may apply for GCMS provided you have time as GCMS takes 30 days to process.

Labor cards would be applicable for people who have WORKED in UAE. If you haven't lived in UAE then it is not applicable to you.

Wish u good luck for your Selection Interview, I also had this experience on 18th Nov, 2012 and also received same email from CHC London, this is good idea to collect your GCMS notes to know the reason of interview, in my case they have some concern about my education and job experience but by Grace of God all things went smoothly, and i cleared all concern of VO, but you have to take this opportunity seriously and give your full effort for interview, dont be nervous in any moment of your interview if you dont know any thing dont guess any thing, and when u talk to VO should be maintain good eye contact with him.......

God bless you and we will pray for you....
