This irrelevant. You don't need a lawyer to qualify as a sponsor. Do it your own and save bucks...

The 2 do not relate lawyers cost a lot of money and the fact that 1 may not may not have funds to retain 1 is besides the point unless you have $7500 sitting in a bank account not everyone has access to that amount of cash so for you to make light of the situation for someone who was just informed that they are going to be separated from their spouse a little longer is really rude of you.

Very unnecessary. It seems you intentionally made an outlandish statement to ellicit some reactions from posters for your own amusement. Unfortunately, You succeeded. If you don't know, using a lawyer for the whole immigration process is entirely OPTIONAL and that includes appeal cases.

Hell I even have my own business and wouldn't be able to afford to pay 7500 for a lawyer! Crazy that jus seems like so much to pay for a lawyer, they need to call around, or I need to change my profession and go to law school lol
