You can apply through ACRO. Don't worry about Uk address proof. You just need current and old passport copies, UK visa copy and fee for PCC. You need to provide current (means your local address) photo+ address proof. But make sure you opt for premium service with international courier delivery although it'll be slightly costly. All the best.
Thank you for your reply.
I am thinking that, if possible, I want someone receive the PCC in UK (I have family in UK). They will scan it and send the softcopy to me, as Canada High Commission asked to provide scan copy.

I read some reviews from people in premium service they issue PCC in 1 day but it took 10 days to deliver on their address.
So, again waiting.. So, PCC receive in UK is good Idea, what you say ?

Don't know. Just checked with one of my friend who had applied for UK PCC few months back. What route he opted for I had already shared with you. If you have a family in UK, you can discuss with them also. Tc and please do share your background related message. Was checking other forums and got to know, 2nd message means background completed and first message means in process. My gc key is reflecting message 1 what about yours. Thanks.

Hey @Loveugod,

Update for PCC United Kingdom,
Applied for PCC on Sunday 10 NOV afternoon with Premium Service of £ 80.
Also paid £ 9 for Enhanced delivery (United Kingdom only) and £ 6 for extra copy.
On Tuesday 12 NOV they issued PCC and Post it to my address INDIA and another copy in UK (my friend's address)

My friend UK receive the same on 13 NOV 1pm UK time, He Scanned it and send it to me by email.
I submitted the same via email to immigration office in Delhi on 14 NOV, @ 7 am, as they needed only scanned copy.

The hard copy sent by ACRO I will receive within 10 to 20 days. No problem now whenever I receive :)

My file processing time of 22 months are already finished on 20 OCT. I hope they push my file and I get some positive news.
Confused, what I will next, Biometrics or PPR ? because when I did application in 2017, there were no requirement for Biometrics.

Thanks Please reply.

No need to worry. Yes, they will definitely process your file on utmost priority. Your next step will be PPR. Biometrics are needed for those people (Asians) who applied after 31st December 2018. So, just relax!!!!! Golden mail is around the corner. Wish you good luck and do post once you got it.

Hi, no need to worry. You had submitted your PCC's twice and PCC's in India are valid for mcdvoice good one year. They will not ask to bring new PCC's unless or until the previous one got expired or expiring soon. You can expect your PPR mail soon.

BTW, PR final decision is based on 5 factors. You have mentioned about medicals and additional documents, what's the status in your application about others like,
review of eligibility
interview &
background check.

Good luck
thanks it was informative

Hello Experts,

I am the Principal applicant.PCC issue date is 18 Sep
My wife's PCC issue date is 24 Sep
-
I have completed interview on 15th Oct
During the interview submitted latest PCC to VO.
-
Pre arrival services on - 17 Oct
Medical request on - 18 Oct

Medical passed - 27 Oct 2019
-
On 4th November, I got notification on my email that new message on GCkey.
There is a 'Request letter' in message list. I am trying to open but it doesn't open.
Says 'This page isn't working'

Yesterday, in my GCkey profile there is an action required.
Clicked on 'view submitted application or upload documents'
It says 'Police Certificate (required). I uploaded my PCC which I have another original copy (18 Sep) (In India they give 2 original copies of PCC)
-
My question is:
Do I need to apply for new PCC ? and should upload new one ?
In advance I already applied for new PCC got an appointment on 18 Nov.
-
I feel its totally messed up, I uploaded PCC 1.5 month old and they may ask for new one ?
How do I correct it ? As their request document, It was not opening and I don't know what to do ?
-
Review of additional documents :
We need additional documents to continue processing your application. We will send you a message with more details.
'Request Letter' in message, which is not opening.

Please share your views on it ! Please help !

Thanks,
Ash
Congrats. You will receive PPR soon.

Can you please sharing your stream and timeline. Do you understand why they want you for the interview? Any specific reason?
I am a paper PNP and still waiting for interview schedule since Feb 2019.
In your case, how long does it take from time interview decided to interview scheduled?

Thank you

Don't be impatient, good news is around the corner. Since your processing time is being already elapsed, you have got all the right in the world to raise a IRCC web form inquiry. Good luck

I did raised the IRCC web form Inquiry on 5 Dec, Thursday.
I selected YES to New Delhi, India(Is your application being processed by an office OUTSIDE Canada ?)
Or I should select NO, So, this inquiry directly go to Canada, and they might give fast answer ?
-
Till date no reply for confirmation or anything,. Everything is Silent. I don't know what to do ?
It is getting harder, I am losing my hope.

On 5 Dec. 2019 Sent to New Delhi and to IRCC Canada on 8 Dec. 2019. sent inquiry form.

On 11 Dec. 2019 -Reply from IRCC Canada says that my inquiry forwarded to the responsible office.
On 13 Dec. 2019 - Reply from Delhi office, Final review of my file is pending. No action required my side. Once the review is done, office will contact with further instructions.

Don't know what they are doing ? they must give priority to my file as My processing time is elapsed in October 20, 2019.

Read reviews from Google for Delhi office, and it is very disappointed and very frustrated.
People had same issue. I lose my hope. All my pre- planing is collapsed.

Pain in ass - when receive an email from pre arrival services.
