Interview Call from LVO in Abu Dhabi.........

Congratulations on your successful interview. I have a query. As you say the Visa Officer wants to confirm matching of the listed duties with the day to day activities. However, I have a situation here. I have applied under NOC 2243. I was working in this job 5 years ago. Now i am not in this job anymore. My current day to day job activities are different than the job under which i applied for FSW. So what will happen in such a case. Please give your comments. Congrats to all who have cleared the interviews and good luck to the upcoming interviewees and those who are awaiting results.

This what exactly happened with me, too. I informed him that my current work is somewhat different than the listed NOC although about the same as the previous job. In the previous job, I did the same duties. So, he gave me the chance to explain both my current work and previous work. He focuses on my applied NOC listed duties. He asked me to give examples for each distinct activity like research/analyze as well as outputs, e.g., what kind of reports/products/services.

I need to know if the Interview is based on the NOC Code and only those descriptions are asked or for all the experience.

I have experience in different NOC and have applied in 1 NOC, would the VO question all the experience or for the NOC only.

remember one guy got rejection after one year of investigation so it takes time if all is true case will not be rejected. in my case as i do not have fresh job letter vo may confirm from my employer. and silmilar case was with iqbal who had fresh job offer letter and was through so it depends upon case to case.

As per my understanding the Visa Officer will ask about all the duties which you used to perform 5 years ago.
As you have applied under the NOC-2243, so He/She will be interested to know that if you still can prove yourself as 2243 or not.

1) Those who received Interview calls and those who don't, there Processing timelines will be the same? ? ? ?

2) If the Visa officers are going back to LVO in first week of March, they will send MR to the guys who they interviewed or to all as per the sequence, in which they received applications? ? ?

3) There will be another round of Interview in April or May for the remaining candidates or this is the end of interview session for fsw2013 from LVO? ?

4) After clearing the interview, Visa Officers have cleared criminality, security and back ground checks.....how they will clear the same for those who are not invited for interviews? ? ? Probably they will refer to PCCs and reference letters...I believe ?
