Interview: alone or with husband?

So the scary thing happened. I will need to attend the interview next month. One question, do I need to attend it alone or with my husband? This part was not clear for me.
It is an outland application, so I will need to fly to my VO, but I am not sure do I need to attend alone or with my husband.

Also, is it normal to have interview so quick in the process? I am still waiting for CSQ and I already have an interview date, I am quite nervous, as I think it is not a good sign.

it's not a bad sign. all it means is that they started processing your file shortly after AOR2 and saw an inconsistency, so they scheduled an interview right away instead of making you wait. what kind of proofs of relationship did you send with your application?

Thanks. We provided photos, messages, Skype logs, shared bank account, rent lease (as I am staying with my husband in Canada on tourist visa), shared electricity/phone bills, letters from family. In my opinion it was quite a lot, but I guess not enough. In addition of additional proof they also are asking to bring original marriage certificate and original police certificate from my home country. Let's see how it will go, so stressful

ahh i think i can see why they called you in for an interview. though the proof you sent was plenty, they also wanted proof of marriage which you didn't mention (since you applied under spousal and not common-law). get the marriage certificate and see if you can find anything else to prove your marriage, such as photos from your wedding, honeymoon, etc...

An interview for an outland application generally means the visa office has some concerns that your relationship may not be genuine. I would make sure you bring plenty of additional evidence that your relationship is real and still ongoing. Good luck.

We provided our marriage certificate with original application, they asked for copy and that's what we gave. Now they want an original. As we applied after our wedding we provided photos from our wedding as well (even if it was small ceremony) and even some wedding greeting cards from guests. It could be something as simple as someone has the same name as you with a record (actually something like this happened to my husband, they thought he owned land but it's just that his name is really common), your documents looked suspicious, who knows. But at least the date is very soon so you can get all this behind you and get your PR right after.

Are their big chances that I might be refused after interview? I will try to provide much more evidence of course,but I am so nervous that I keep creating these bad scenarios in my head. I guess I need time to come in terms with it and calm down, it just happen so unexpected.

I think you have to calm down, compose yourself especially if you are being interviewed because the more nervous you show them the more you will jeopardize your application. Always be honest to all the questions they are going to ask you. Goodluck
