Since we lodged a family application, will they interview all of us at once or would it be individually?

Me and wife applied under the same file and we had our interview together not individually.

Although applicants under the same file attend the test/interview together, the normal practice is to interview them seperately. This way the officer can assess the language skills for each applicant, and can also test if the applicants are saying the truth in their applications.

The practice differs from one office to another. In some cases where the time will not allow for having seperate interviews, the officer may choose to interview all the applicants under the same applicant at once.
