Interview after ITA

Hello,
I have received ITA with 472 points today. I have two questions regarding this matter.
1. Do I need to show pay stubs for my work experience or just the reference letter from previous employer suffice?
2. Will there be any interview later in the process at canada consulate or they make the decision just based on the documents?

1. Do I need to show pay stubs for my work experience or just the reference letter from previous employer suffice?
Reference letter itself is sufficient, but its better to add pay stub and other documents to prove your experience.

2. Will there be any interview later in the process at canada consulate or they make the decision just based on the documents?
Its very rare (if they suspicious about the proof you provided or some other reasons) for candidate being called for interview. They mostly assess based on the document you provided.
