Internship in Canada for hospitality?

I'm currently pursuing a degree in Hotel Management from a very well reputed and top hotel management institute in India and I am in the 3rd year. I want to do my internship in canada and would like to work there as well. I am interested in front Office and I want to know if its possible for me to do an internship in canada in a hotel of my choice or not.I checked with cic's eligility and it said ok if I had the employer's letter and job offer( for internship). Also, if any one would know of other options of how I could do an 11 months internship with a reputed brand preferably in British Columbia.

The employer will also need to obtain an approved LMO (labour market opinion).

To add... Since an LMO will be required, you'll probably have a fair amout of difficulty finding an internship. To be approved for an LMO, the employer must be able to prove that they advertised the position and weren't able to find a Canadian for the role.
