Hi guys I need your advice.
I got my student visa approved but my husband OWP is still submitted base on his CIC account.
My question is can my husband go to Canada with me and my daughter as a tourist? My husband is British but live in Philippines.Do you think is a good idea that he will travel to Canada as tourist even though he already applied an OPEN WORK PERMIT but till now still submitted we can't wait any longer coz my school start on April and we have to go 1st week of March I hope he got his visa before March but if its not is its possible that he will just go there as a tourist?

Yes your husband can travel with your Daughter as a tourist at least to help you settle down pending when his Open Work Permit would be approved. Just that statutorily both can beyond 6 month on a TRV. Also, he would need to travel out probably via a land border and go through immigration to process is work permit once approved.
