Hello, I'm an international student in Canada, graduating in month and a five days. My plan was to go to university in Canada and get a job and live permanently in Canada since I think of Canada as my own country. But my mom used up all my tuition so I'll have to go back to my country since my Visa is a student visa and it won't let me work unless I'm in university. My friends family is willing to be my sponser family that I can stay or adopt me if needed does any of this works in my case?

If you aren't a minor the family can't adopt you. In general adoption won't work it will be considered adoption of convenience. Unfortunately your parents should have prioritized spending money on your university education versus your high school education.

i think you are canada and your friends family can be your sponsor. its really hard to convince VO. if your visa is expiring like after you get in to university then its good and your grades matter too and try to secure scholarship.
