this topic is very important which international student looking for some idea so plz share your experiance for the international student spouse visa who got and who rejected plz join any one join who's wife visa rejected and who's spouse visa got . plz join because its really helpfull to others who are in dificullty

proccesing time is only 7 to 10 days u apply thru vfs or direct visa office?

Hey i am going to apply for a spouse visa with wife. Can you tell me which financial documents I have to show?

bank statement both ur wife account and ur account if ur paent support ur wife to visit than ur parent account statemet and if u have any sponsor in canada than there statement also

student spouse visa is very difficult in this bullshit country.

i applied 3 weeks before --i didnt get any response till now----Samir do they take medical exams for spouse -----I sent my application direct to visa office -----we have only one method for applying which is this one --i think in india more ways to apply ---

Samir--What was the rejection reason for ur spouse application ---I sent mine bank statement from canada as my wife is not doing any job -----will it be ok---

medical is possible if she get visa may be in one week you get.

@samir3132 Hey Thanks for replying. My dad is going to sponsor. so i guess we will have to show the bank statements of everyone. Do i need to attach any affidavit of support (letter from father) to the application.

Hi Guys
I had applied for student visa with all my families ( My husband + 2sons) 4 month ago in Kuala Lumpur. Although me and my husband are employee of goverment, I could not satisfy the officer that we will leave CA after finishing my study.( He said your sons won't comeback form Ca!).
In that time i had applied student Visa for my 2 sons and working Visa for my husband.
Now, I am going to re-apply. What do u suggest? what kind of visa i should request for my sons and husband?

Applying for dependent visa with student visa would help.
I applied for student visa for myself and dependent visa for my wife and son,we it together,if you have funding letter which is enough for your family,you can attach that or any other funding document should also work
