Guys on pgwp holders, why don't you try to apply PNP nominAtion? I think it's more easier to apply pnp than to find a job with lmia?

Ok. So I am working in Ontario. Did Masters from BC. Do you think I can file for PNP either in BC or Ontario?

you can always check website. If you are eligible then you can apply PNP anytime.
I think PNP is much easier than express entry.

Do you think people are that dumb that they would not have checked that already?

You'd be surprised how many people come here first without bother to do any reading on the CIC web site.

pnp is also a limited thing.. not unlimited.. but number of students are huge..
plus there would b limit of how many to select from intl students or ppl currently on pgwp.. all these are constraints..
but offcourse if ppl arent chking on pnp related issues due to ignorance.. i guess its just their own issue...

hi ..

I going to apply for one year diploma in toronto .. so i wanted to know that will i get a multiple entry visa or single entry visa??

also is this in our hands to apply for multiple oe single visa ...or its the authority of visa officer ?

if single entry visa... then in case of some emergencies can i fly back ... and without any effect on my studies ??

Also what the rules of PR in canada ... ??

@uxd from what I know if you did a masters in BC u can apply for PNP without a job offer... Shocked that you left BC for Ontario... I am in Ontario and would like to go to BC.. Rules in BC are far better than in Ontario for PNP ..

Well, you will get a multiple entry visa for 1 yr.After your course you can apply for PGWP which will also be for 1 yr.

PR rules have changed a lot here.If you are expecting that you can get your PR after completing a diploma in Ontario...I am afraid that the chances are very slim. Do your homework, please do not believe whatever your agent or consultant says....Good Luck!!!
