As previously noted you will be asked to show your school enrolment when arriving in Canada. if you arrive early you’ll be asked why you are arriving so early and proof that you can support yourself without working if you arrive early.

I was given admission in Manitoba university and I will be resuming by September so I was thinking if I can come in early to work, now my question is can I work before I start my program??????

CBSA officers will not let you in early, and you can't start to work until you start your program.
Working before the start of a program is illegal.
