The 5 in writing is too low to be approved. You'll need to re-write IELTS and achieve a score of at least 5.5 in each of the four categories.

Hello, I've got the same situation, how about the programs? are there any chances to apply with such programs?
Thanks,

Sorry, I am not that aware of the Quebec system of Higher education to give you a suggestion.

To get visa you need to prove that the course you are going to take will upgrade your skills and you will leave Canada at the end of your study period.

but Do you know that with only have 42000 CAD currently I can apply to a 3 year program which cost me 45000 the whole program ? Do you know what type of letter should I get from my employee that they assure me after finishing my degree I have better job. Do you have any sample to send it to me? I would really appreciate it,

Sorry, I am self employed so I am unaware of the letter format needed, you could ask your company for that, it would probably have to be done on company letterhead and then signed.

You will need to show proof you can study in Canada with no need to work in Canada. You will need to show at the minimum your tuition + 11000 CAD for Quebec as living expenses for 1st year.
