If your previous education was instructed in English medium for at least 2 years [numbers might vary from uni to uni], you may be exempted from IELTS. Ask your desired institute. And if you get exemption then you must get an official letter from the institute stating that your ENGLISH test was exempted. Attach this letter with visa application documents.
