Hello guys,
I recently finished my 12th grade from the Riverside School (affiliated with the Cambridge board), Ahmedabad and am moving to Canada for my undergrad. I have submitted my visa file and am awaiting the response. My visa profile is as follows
10th- 80%- IGCSE
12th- 62 % (AS and A levels)
IELTS score- 7.5
Have received my offer letter from Seneca- york campus
Course- Computer Programming and analysis- advanced diploma
GIC- submitted
Medical report is all clear - has been submitted
tuition fee and receipt- submitted as per the checklist
As per the visa rules, it's mentioned that the course selected has to be in line with your previous studies. That being said, we weren't offered computers as a subject in our school. Alongside this, this decision of mine was taken at the beginning of my 12th. I had taken Maths, English, Physics and Chemistry in 12th though. As per my course outline, it is very much revolved around english, maths and very minor chunks of physics. Considering that we were not offered computer science, does this reduce my chances of approval as per the rule i mentioned above? and as per my profile, how good a chance do i have to get an approval? would really love your insights and suggestions on this. Thank you so much.
