Hi I came in Canada for 2022 September program and in April 2024 my program ends. I have to complete my courses that are left but college is unable to provide me courses in may semester and I had an official mandatory break in previous may semester. I need one more break what should I do

When does your permit expire? If expiring, extend your study permit. So your program is not ending if you still have courses to finish. Have you been full time for the whole program?

You have no choice, so yes. You can only be part-time the last semester.
