International Student Visa Refusal

Hi,

Please advise me how to reapply my student visa because it got refused under the below reasons.

• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 216 (1) of IRPR, based on the purpose of your visit.
• Your planned studies do no appear reasonable when reviewing your past study and employment history.

When did you apply and how many days did it take for the results

I applied on 13th December 2019 and got the refusal letter on 06th January 2020

My friend applied on February 3rd and got the result on February 7th. He was refused. It was his 3rd time.

Ohh no.. My IELTS score was - overall 6
I applied for BBA - International Business Management
In srilanka I have followed an Advanced Diploma in Business Management
Funds - 72,000 CAD
1 year college fees - paid
Purpose of study in Canada - to continue my fathers business by myself

I think in my SOP I haven’t aimed those two questions, which were mentioned in the refusal letter. What would you say?

Did you have any history of arrears or backlogs and what about the year gap??

My employment doesn’t have gaps. 4 years as a HR Assistant and now working as a junior executive in Branch operations.
I followed Certificate in Human Resource Management and Advanced Diploma in Business Management in these years.

In my opinion, you were refused due to the lack of a strong Statement of purpose and try to get affidavit for the tax you paid and your total net worth certificate from a Chartered accountant. i would suggest to improve your IELTS score to atleast 6.5 with no band less than 6. They will approve it. Don't worry. They have no reason to refuse it.
