International student query

Hi,
I am a international student in UK from Bangladesh. As i get admitted in a grade b college in UK after i come hear it seems my college does n't exist. I'v got one & half year more visa left, and i want to get moved in Canada as a student. can i carry on all the visa processes while staying in uk? or do i have to go back in Bangladesh?

I will be better if you apply from Bangladesh, other wise VO can think that low level of establishment in home country and less home ties............

i agree with momi, home country ties because TRVs are based on home country ties
