International student - Looking for PR

Hey guys, im an international student doing my masters degree in Computer science here in British Columbia, i have got a question, so i am looking to get PR before the completion of degree as i don't want to fall for PNP and then PR as its time taking process, so following is my profile:

Edu:
Master of Computer Science - Currently enrolled in UBC
Bachelor in Computer science (4 years) - completed
Secondary, Post secondary - Completed

Experience: (Related to my studies/field)
2 yrs and 7 months of experience as Software Engineer - 2173 (NOC - A) , its outside Canada

Age: 26yrs

IETLS general: 7 each

No relatives in canada.

No job offer, as i am on study permit.

So i have completed eligibility assessment with David Cohen and the guy at his office said yes i have 67 points and i qualify for PR, but i don't understand how i do because as per my calculation i only make 64 points.
Even another consultant said i have enough points.

Will anyone please help me calculate or atleast tell me if i qualify for FSW or not. And also i have confusion that now every economical immigrant is processed through Express entry then why these agents talk about 67 points and not about CRS.

FYI - you can't apply for FSW directly. You now have to apply through Express Entry - and then be selected from the pool of candidates.

I don't know if you have enough points or not. But note that you won't get points for your Master's since it's not yet complete.

Yes exactly i know i can't apply for FSW directly, but my question is why do the consultants talk about 67 points then ? even if u check CIC it has 6 selection factors for FSW, so what i understand is that if the person gets an invitation after being in pool of applicants in EE, they then check for FSW points and selection criteria when u apply for PR after invitation and then comes the turn for 67 points. Im not sure though, thats just my understanding.

Yes - that's right. You still have to qualify for an immigration program to apply (e.g. CEC, FSW). If you are selected through EE - you then have to meet the criteria of FSW to be accepted (and that's why you need the 67 points).
