Guys if I submit my visa file on 30th Novemeber for jan 21 intake- NON SDS stream....... is there a problem or Am I late???

Did you check the processing time, If you are applying from India for example current time shows as 34 weeks

Yes I know that...... but thats not gonna happen!!
Heard that the visa can be applied till Jan 31st
