International student ---Got visa for wife today --ISLamabad embassy

hi i am an international student from india.. my study start in this september.. please tell me the procedure of visitor visa for my spouse and when he can apply? please help me..

My transcript University Of Ottawa
Registration letter from university
My bank statement --from canada
my apartment lease documents -original
police certificate -wife's
sponsor letter from me --simple with my signs--no notary
wife letter of request to embassy to issue her visa

thats it i think -------i asked them for 8 months visa but they issued me multiple 10 months ----
