What not guaranteed?? Should an Indian can apply or about dependent’s??
Nothing about having Indian citizenship. You can apply but it is never guaranteed that you and your family will be approved. Assume your employer has filed for LMIA exemption with a skilled NOC. You then apply for your work permit, and appropriate permis for spouse and children. But nothing is 100% guaranteed.

Do you work for your employer now outside Canada at another office. If not, you are not eligible for IMP. Your employer needs to file for LMIA. IMPs are for inter company transfers, FTA agreements.

They have no branch in India. Is it possible under GTS in IMP??
GTS - yes, if employer is eligible, applied for LMIA and has positive LMIA.
IMP - no. You are not LMIA exempt as only eligible if you work for the company now are and are applying for inter company transfer from India to Canada.
