Nothing about having Indian citizenship. You can apply but it is never guaranteed that you and your family will be approved. Assume your employer has filed for LMIA exemption with a skilled NOC. Do you work for your employer now outside Canada at another office. If not, you are not eligible for IMP. Your employer needs to file for LMIA. GTS - yes, if employer is eligible, applied for LMIA and has positive LMIA.They have no branch in India. Is it possible under GTS in IMP??
IMP - no. You are not LMIA exempt as only eligible if you work for the company now are and are applying for inter company transfer from India to Canada.
