What not guaranteed?? Should an Indian can apply or about dependent’s??Yes. Not guaranteed.
Nothing about having Indian citizenship. You can apply but it is never guaranteed that you and your family will be approved. Assume your employer has filed for LMIA exemption with a skilled NOC. You then apply for your work permit, and appropriate permis for spouse and children. But nothing is 100% guaranteed. What not guaranteed?? Should an Indian can apply or about dependent’s??

If employer is ready to offer you job under IMP then we can applyHow are you eligible for the IMP program?
No, a job offer is not necessarily eligible under IMP which is LMIA exempt. How are you eligible - ICT, CUSMA/trade agreement? If employer is ready to offer you job under IMP then we can apply
Depends where you live. Depends on the NOC. Assume you are transferring offices from your home country to Canada if through IMP program. What’s the current scenario of IMP?? Anyone has applied and in how many days got the result??
Do you work for your employer now outside Canada at another office. If not, you are not eligible for IMP. Your employer needs to file for LMIA. IMPs are for inter company transfers, FTA agreements. My noc code is 2281(Networking Technician) and my employer in Canada wants to submit file under IMP. So please tell me if my job profile suited in IMP??
