how can score differ so much with same one year experience.....all have same one year international experience...difference in ielts merely makes difference...
thing is u need to complete 67 points for FSW with one year experience and probably u need to have blood relation in canada and 67 points is a necessity and rest depends upon your EE score....

The only thing that matters are listed in the CRS grid, none of them includes blood relation. (It affects PNP consideration though)

Remember IELTS score affects both Language scores and Skill transferability score.

There are many other things like ECA evaluation report which changes your level of education and skill trasferability score.....
Age is also one factor.
