My nephew is applying for an IEC work permit, he is a qualified stonemason, should he be registering for a working visa or as a young professional NOC B?? when he completes his application? Thanks for any insight!!!

1. Working Holiday, as Young Professionals require a job offer contract in Canada and it usually reserved for post secondary graduates.

Thanks PMM very vague on the website, he has a job offer but it is in skilled trades which he certified in, so I guess he should not use that on his application?
