Hi guys need some help for this program.I want to understand this program. What are the nuances this program ? How is the selection for this program ? You can stay after the program in Canada , I know that CIC website says that it's not an immigrant visa . What methods are stay there?

1. First of all you have to determine if your citizenship and age allows you to apply for IEC http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/work/iec/
2. If you are eligible, and got an IEC, then you would have to determine which Immigration program you would be eligible to apply for. CEC, Provincial Nomination, Express Entry as a Foreign worker.

By all criteria I go up . Just two questions I am interested in this experience will be considered Canadian or not. I would not want to go back "home".
