If I do my CO-OP in my home country, will it have an impact on my PGWP? Three work CO-OP terms don't make up 50 percent of my study program.

In a Coop, your University is the employer . International or domestic work has no distinction as long as University considers it as Coop.

You will need you school to approve the international placement. A co-op job in Canada is an excellent way to gain Canadian work experience and most universities have relationships with companies so you are able to get your foot in the door which can be very hard in a job search on your own. Would really recommend doing your co-op in Canada.

I will do it in Canada if I have the chance to, of course. But the question is, if I have to do it in Egypt, will there be a problem or an impact on my PGWP?

No there shouldn’t be if the school approves the co-op placement. This is a pretty unusual situation so I would contact CIC via email and get an answer in writing in case there is ever a problem.
