My company is transferring me to Canada should I come through ICT visa or Express Entry( if possible?)Which way is faster in getting PR.

You cannot apply to PR via CEC as you need a year of work experience in Canada to be eligible.

Whether you are eligible or not in the FSW (Federal Skilled Worker) program is hard to say as I do not know your credentials.

You can create your profile in express entry. System will consider you to be eligible for CEC(Canadian experience class), if you have already completed min 1 yr work exp in canada. Else you will be considered under FSW(federal skilled worker).
