Hi folks,
I am moving to Vancouver next month for work.
I am taking my family and we need interim insurance during MSP wait perid.
My daughter will be a month old by the time we arrive Vancouver.
She will need vaccinations and we need to prepare for emergeny situations.
Can someone give advise on which company to choose? Bluecross, BCAA, Schill,or any other cmpany?
Thank you guys :)

Blue Cross and BCAA will most likely be more expensive than other companies while providing the same coverage. You will be able to get a family plan from Travelance, TIC or Manulife - your daughter will be covered free of charge. Your family will be covered for emergency situations- in case someone gets sick or injured. Vaccinations though will only be covered by a provincial medical plan- BC MSP.

Hi.

Most plans have family discount(total premium=premium for the oldest X2).

Shop around and check exclusions.
If you prefer insurer located in BC, TuGo will be an option, too.
