I do not believe that Ontario is too keen on your intention to reside if you are outlander. Since you have your sibling in other province, you might need to write some convincing Letter of explanation that you are keenly intending to reside in Ontario and would not move over after getting PR. You might want to showcase you professional affiliations and other proofs and interest in Ontario and not stress too much upon sibling's residency.

I'm not sure there's any issue here.
Unlike Manitoba (they deduct points if you have sibling on other province), I'm not sure Ontario is bothered

+1 for your quick response

I would approach this question by writing a thorough and comprehensive 'Letter if Intention' which addresses the following:

1) The positives which are present in Ontario which will help you make a positive economic contribution to the Province (ie payment of taxes, patronizing business in Ontario, scope for further education in your field etc). Disclaimer: Not sure what field your NOC covers.

2) If you mention your sibling mention they live in Canada. Don't state the Province. Other option is to leave your sibling out of the letter.

Any other questions, please let me know.

If i will not disclose abt my sibling than will it be a missrepresantation ?

You can ignore this part. But i don't think declaring this going to create a problem. Its not going to affect your points anyway.

Only thing is you have to write a convincing letter of intent to OINP highlighting +ve factors like employment opportunities, etc and speak how soon you can accomadate to the environment. Give importance to them in your letter and don't mention anything about your sibling.

I don't think OINP will refuse nomination just for this reason.

Good luck with your application.
