Dear Leon....m n aspiring Indian PR applicant (from Mumbai) who has applied for Quebec PR in Dec 2010. I recd. the file no in Jan 2011 and till date no news.....we have applied thru Hongkong. We are planning to settle ther along wth my kids 12 and 7 yrs..... what kind of time is taken for Quebec PR? Me and my spouse are both Sales and Admin related and would like to know if it is possible or better to get a job offer to push our file ahead...will that help??? plz advice.
