Intent Letter Samples & Advice for OINP - please help

Dear friends,

I working on my OINP application and would appreciate if someone could share their intent letters, samples or just any tips and advice regarding the following:
1. Length of the letter
2. Format (dear sir/madam or what?)
3. Main points to cover (considering I have no ties there)


I would really be thankful if you could post your own letters if possible.
That would help all of us applicants.
