Hi, yes I got a letter in September with Hearing scheduled for November 6.
It says regular hearing.

I started the whole process in February 6th 2023
And my hearing is scheduled for November 6th 2023, so about 9 months in total
So have you gone for the hearing?Any update

Hello, I went a couple of weeks ago to my Elegibility interview , I received my confirmation of WP to my email last week (haven’t gotten physical WP yet) but I received a letter in my mail (physical) that says:
Subject: Disclosure of documents from the Integrated Claim Analysis Centre
In one of the parts says; scheduling recommendation; regular hearing

Do you guys know what is this? I was reading that it is a pilot project, not sure how it works..

If you know would you please explain a little?
Hi what is your timeline ?

I have received message in my portal about the ICAC Pilot.do I have to send something to the address of the ICAC office because after reading I saw that I have to send my supporting documents to the RPD and I want to know if I have to send them now or wait for my hearing day to be scheduled.Beside can it be that I will be approved without hearing because my bix is tick with regular hearing.i am confused.

Thank you

You don’t have to do anything but wait for your hearing to be scheduled. You can send supporting documents if you have but I don’t think it’s necessary now. I had that letter and my hearing was scheduled 18 months later . To me I don’t think this letter means anything

You are required to update your file with your new address especially when your change provinces especially a move to Quebec. That is the case even if you plan on moving out of Quebec in the future. Not updating your file would be misrepresentation. If receiving legal aid you also need to change lawyers. You can change your address again when you leave Quebec.
How do we update our new address

So how did your hearing go? Was it virtual or in person?
It was virtual and It went on smoothly. Was supposed to take 3hours, but only lasted 45 minutes and I was given my positive decision. Know your basis of claim and be ready to give details of every word you write down.
And you are fine

Oh wow.. That’s good to hear. So, that mean you submitted your Evidence before the day of the Hearing?
