Yes, there is no 2nd AOR from LVO and there is no time frame as to when they are going to send MR. Nowadays, things are becoming unpredictable. However it took 7 mos after PER before they sent my MR. Some got it faster. It varies actually and i dont know on which basis.

I did one thing though, on the 6th month after my PER i sent a specific enquiry and asked them regarding the status of my app.

you will be able to see the trend of LVO apps as it is updated on a daily basis. at least you will have an idea on the trend of processing in LVO.
