Insufficient Bank Balance in Parents - VV

Hi Friends,

I am doing Visitor Visa for my Father and he doesn't have any much Bank Balance in his account and he neither has any assets, currently 80 years. Is it possible to apply for Visitor Visa and what's the possibility of getting his Visitor Visa? Thank you.

Can I Increase the bank balance of his account and submit that statement during the process ? How does it work? He is living in a house which is my property and I have my siblings living in the same city as well. Kindly help.

For people of your father’s age (and culture), it is often taken into account that the children (support) can present financial support.

Do not deposit your money into your father’s account—just show your own finances off the bat. If your siblings also support him, their finances can also be declared.

Thank you, I can show my bank balance, not sure about the siblings. Even my father has only few 1000s INR in his account. Just showing that balance statement for the Visa processing, will the Visa Officer approve his visa? For me, personally very important and life goal to show my father this country once in life so that I will have my peace and nostalgia forever in my mind.

As per you, 1) I can just show the balance statement of his account ( though it's only few 1000s).
2) siblings account details( not sure if they can show me though I can check them)
3) please let me know any other inputs to make his Visa Successful.

It looks like your father is dependent on you for financial support. Is there any other ties father can show back to home country? In order for a successful application, One should be able to show strong financial support along with strong ties back to home country. Super Visa might be another option you can try as suppose to TRV.

Yes friend, he's dependent on my financial support. Currently He can't show anything strong ties financially back to home country. I will check Super Visa option as well. Thank you very much for your inputs. Please let me know any other inputs which can work on my case. Really appreciated.
