Hi all, am a person without status in Canada and am planning to claim refugee inside Canada based on my sexual orientation that my country of citizen by law I would be persecuted put in jail if I returned there, any ideas on how to claim am scared of my life, thank you in advance

Go to the immigration office in your area with a proof of identity (2 IDs is always best) and tell the security personnel what you need and they will direct you to the right office.
No need to be scared, it's an easy process.
