Please I need your fully information concerning the issue. Can I apply for any province nominee with without known anyone in that province most especially Ontario. Please which province nominee is advisable to apply to or the one has lower score. Kindly please bring to my notice.

samething for other provinve all province mostly have employer category and the other one is express entry category.
in express entry category there are different rules and cut-off for different provinces so you have to search for all province adn then check which province cut-off you can meet. and then follow those procedure to get letter of interest in express entry profile for that particular province.

In the case of Ontario, you can apply to them as long as you get a Letter of Interest for them, even if you don't know anyone in Ontario. I have never been to Canada, and never knew anyone in Ontario, and I applied, and got nominated.
What about the ECA. My my is a principal applicant. So , am only intend to seat for IELTS but my wife ve her ECA Already. We will write english test in January. The question, is it crucial for me to do my ECA as well. Am not a principal applicant. What are the score for Ontario province nominee and Manitoba
