Does the visa officer does inquiry of work experience in every case or there are some standards for it.

No VO does not conduct inquiry in every case.It is their discretion.
There is no standard. They usually do it when they have some doubts
during scrutiny of your application and annexed documents.
So be careful, don't sent any wrong, confusing documents to embassy as
they are very expert.
