Have you already applied or are about to apply? If you have not yet applied, you should attach the letter with your application under the "Arranged Employment" category. If you had already applied under FSW programme and have now got an offer letter, then you can send the letter to them to attach to your file. However, depending on the progress of your application, submitting new information, could delay processing, as the visa officer will need to evaluate the new information.
