Your Academics are one part of the whole list of requirements for the Canadian Study Permit Application.
An Admission from the University does not guarantee a Canadian Study permit at all.
You need to show proper funding (Bank Statements, Tuition Fees for one year +10000 CAD, Properties that you own etc.)
Good ties to home country
A strong SOP(Statement of Purpose for studying in Canada, Why you have chosen that specific course etc.)
