Inquiry about study permit

Hi guys

I got my study application permit refused within one week of applying because I didn’t meet the eligibility, moreover they send check messages for info but the messages are not updated for 3 days it is blanked.

“ The next day of refusal i got an email Your application has been updated. Please sign in to your account and check your application status and messages for more information “ but still no updates.

I checked with vac they told me after i gave them the tracking number that status still under process.

Could it be technical faul or technical error ?

Please advise if someone knows about this matter .

Double checked the biometric status, medical status, background check, and review of eligibility. There must be something changed. The email doesn’t mean that you have a message. Every time some status changed, they sent you the email.

I am sorry, your application has been refused. Check with the embassy or IRCC directly, not VACs, they will never know.

I want to submit again but how could I without knowing the reason

It maybe because of something wrong with the documents you submitted. Especially for those forms.

I have check the forma many times before submitting.
