Inquiry about border entry and eligibility

I stay in the USA as a student and possess the student SSN and a drivers licence in the USA but not a resident officially and not a citizen. If I somehow find my way to through the USA-Canada border without been noticed, and makes a asylum application do you think its gonna workout? if not why? Bearing in mind that I "sneaked" in unnoticed through the border

You already crossed the border illegally to Canada?
You cannot apply for asylum in Canada unless you have a close family member. Because there is an agreement between the US and Canada that you cannot apply asylum in Canada for example if you were in states and vise versa.

So the only exception is if you have a relative in Canada.

Also, chances for you to get accepted as an asylum seeker is null because there is many factors considering yiu were in the states and never applied, and another reason if that you did not apply when you landed right away so you have no fear whatsoever.

They can really use so many things against you in your case.

Yes but in the system your name finger prints are there since you had a student visa.
If im not wrong, i think ( not sure, someone can verify) that canada and us have database access to each other.

Yes they have the 'right away' access to each others database. Especially for permanent residency and asylum purposes cic always check US for records

You are very lucky. Why would you risk your chance of migration by doing something like this? Are you now in Canada still or did you go back to the USA? Remember you have to state your travel history in the Immigration Application (if you apply) and if you are still in Canada and there is no US exit visa on your passport you may be in trouble.

You may also be in trouble if you try to go back to the USA as you will not have a Canadian Entry visa.

This is such a silly and risky thing to do.

I think the only things they check for are criminal records and they share that information with people all over the world. People said asylum is cool in canada, that's the reason for the thinking.

At the united states and not at canada port of entry. These information is only limited to american government and the only information that concerns them both is that of security I think

I am still in the USA and haven't gone yet. i just think it'd be easier in canada to seek refuge than USA. the question is does it matter how I get in to seek asylum or if am in?
