I will write down the facts directly with no hide and seek.

You can't find canadian sponsors so easily. Unless you are married to a canadian girl. If not your sponsor will be an employer in canada. They need to prove they cant find a similarly talented person in entire canada.

You find loads of Bachelors and Masters degree holders working in grocery, security, labour to make a living since the job market is very dull in most part of canada.

You can try skilled worker category without sponsor may be during Jan 2013.

Let me know you qualifications and education I will try to get more info for you. BTW there are some crooked up immigration consultants in Colombo so beaware.

Thank you for your information, It was useful for me to get more ideas about Canadian visa. I have done with GCE O/L and GCE A/L. also
I have worked with food and beverages industries since five years. all worked certificates as well. Would you mind please kindly share some of most wanted documents that I have to prepare for apply to the visa, what about worked permit visa or non other visas ? As you mentioned in your mail
regards about sponsors, I know bit difficult to find now a days. But usually there are helping to people specially who are in third countries. Any how
