Inquiries about Express Entry and Processing

Hello All,

I need answers to few questions as soon as you are able to reply.

1. I studied in Canada but my spouse studied in another country, does he need ECA to evaluate his certificate in order to be eligible for Express Entry pool and ITA? We are applying under FSWP of EE.

2. My spouse had his Medical Exam done in October for Spousal work permit, I guess he doesn't need another medical exam since its less than 12 months.

3. We are currently on Post graduation work permit and it expires on September 1st, 2017, do you think IRCC can fast track our Permanent Residency processing before the expiry date of our PGWP? Someone told me that if we pay the right of PR fee alongside the application fee that it speeds up the processing times. How true is it?

1. If you want claim the points for his education then yes he need Wes.
2. About this I'm not sure if this exam is the same like for immigration for permanent resident then he should be good but I'm not sure.
3. Unfortunately no they will not speed up your application because your work permit is expire, but once you receive AOR you can apply for bowp. With RPRF Is not really faster just they don't have to ask you for it so you actually an speed your process for about few days up to week I belive.
