I have questions to be clarified. I am a job order in a hospital for 3 years. but when I ask for the contract this month year 2009-2011 contracts are now gone and disposed off so my available contract is 2012 if I can get it now they may disposed it also because I ended this July 31, 2012.
What should I do? I am confused right now coz I think contracts are needed. Is my certificate of employment enough?
