Maximum you can be 2 months late, it depends on the officers and how complicated the applications that he/she working on. But don’t worry be positiveI applied December 21 and don't even have BGC started

I have a quick question regarding our application. Last week, IRCC told me that they sent us a mail (physical mail) and they told me the mail includes a form and it needs to be filled by the Sponsor. They did not tell me what is this form for and we still did not receive it.
Does anyone have any idea what could it be? I have no idea about the content and a little worried about if it's lost in the mail.
My timeline:
Application received - January 10
AOR - March 5
OWP - March 8
Medical Requested - March 25
Medical Passed - April 3
Fingerprints Requested - May 2
"We are processing background check" - May 3

Did you get decision made on sponsor's side on ecas? My timeline is same as yours
Not yet. Can it be that quick? I think decisions are being made for September and October Inland applicants now.

AOR 17 March , work permit returned & I resubmit on 28th March , CSQ received today
